Adding a New Tier to Your Community
A step-by-step guide to learn how to add a new tier to your community
Step-by-Step Guide (Text Only)
1. Access Tier Settings
– Click the Settings icon to open your group configuration options.
– Under Manage Subscription Options, click Add Tier to begin creating a new membership level.
2. Define Your Tier
– In the Tier Name field, enter a name for your new tier.
– In the Tier Description field, describe what members will receive when they join this tier. Be clear and compelling!
3. Customize Tier Appearance
– Personalize the Join Button text to match your community’s vibe.
– Toggle Recommended Tier to highlight this tier on your join page.
– Enable Tier Capacity to set a member limit. Once full, fans will see a waitlist option.
– Use Hide this Tier to make it invisible to new subscribers while keeping access for current members.
4. Set Pricing & Payment Options
– Click Pricing to manage your tier’s cost.
– Use the Payment Plan dropdown to choose between Free, Monthly, or Yearly subscriptions.
– If you select a paid plan, enter your desired price in the Price field.
– If you chose Monthly, you can also enable the Annual Option for Members to offer yearly billing.
– Want to give members flexibility? Toggle Pay What You Want to let them choose their own monthly amount.
5. Add Premium Features
– Click Add-Ons to enhance your tier with extra perks:
– Toggle Media Add-on to grant access to premium media folders.
– Select Messaging Add-on to enable direct messaging for members.
6. Finalize & Preview
– When you’re done customizing, click Create to save your tier.
– Scroll down and click Save at the bottom of the settings page.
– Click Preview Landing Page to see how your subscription options will appear to new sign-ups.
– Happy with how it looks? You’re all set! Need to tweak something? Head back to Settings and select Edit Tier.
