Creating a Cancellation Experience for Your Fans as an Artist

Step-By-Step (Text Only)

1. Click Creator Studio.

2. Click Settings.

3. Scroll down until you get to “Customize Cancellation Experience” and Click Manage.

4. Create a title for your cancellation experience under Title of Cancellation Modal.

5. Add a Cancellation Message.

6. Click the Video Icon to Upload Cancellation Video.

7. Click the Image Icon to Upload Thumbnail for Cancellation Video.

8. You can click the dropdown under Offer a Subscription Extension to Retain Members to offer members a subscription extension of One Week, One Month or One Year. (Optional)

9. Click Save.

10. Scroll to bottom of the Settings Page and Click Save.

*Make sure you hit save at the bottom of the settings tab to ensure that the Cancellation Experience has been saved*
