How Do I Reset My Password?

Step-by-Step (Text Only)

1. Log into our Web App.
2. Click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link.
3. Enter your email address in the Email field.
4. Click the Submit button to send your password reset request.
5. Check your email for the reset link, then follow the instructions to regain access.

Mobile App

Important: Password resets must be completed through the Web App. This option is currently not supported on mobile.
