How to Add and Access Favorites
Learn how to add a song to your favorites and access your playlist.
Web App
Step-by-Step (Text Only)
1. Log into our Web App.
2. Choose a Community to access its Media Folder.
3. Navigate to the Media Tab.
4. Select a playlist to begin listening.
5. Click the Star icon next to a song to add it to your Favorites playlist.
6. Confirm the action by clicking the Confirm button.
7. Click on the Favorites tab to view your saved content.
8. Browse all your favorite items in one convenient location.
Mobile App
Step-by-Step (Text Only)
1. Navigate to the Media Tab.
2. Select a playlist to start listening.
3. Click the Star icon next to a song to add it to your Favorites.
4. Confirm by clicking the OK button.
5. A message saying “Successfully added to Favorites” will appear upon saving.
6. Go to Profile and click on the Favorites tab.
7. View all your saved content in one convenient location.
