Invite Members to Your Community

Step-By-Step (Text Only)

1. Log into our Web App.
2. In the Left-Hand Menu Bar, Click Members.
3. Click the Blue Invite Button.
4. Click the Browse Files Button to Select a CSV File from Your Computer.
5. Check your upload. Note: Any emails associated with current members are automatically excluded from invites.
6. Click Next to Continue
7. Create a Personalized Invitation Email to Invite Fans from External Lists to Join your Community
8. When Ready, Click Send Invitation

– Members will Show as Invited Until They Join the Community
– After Accepting the Invitation and Joining, the Member’s Status Updates to Active
