What Are Swaps?

Swaps are one of the most powerful tools on Grouped. They let you offer fans something exclusive — a video, a song, a vote — in exchange for their contact info or a payment. Every Swap gives you a shareable link you can drop anywhere: your bio, a story, a show, a DM.

Once a fan signs up, that connection is direct, no algorithm in the way.

There are three types of Swaps, each built for a different goal:

Grow Contact List
Collect emails, phone numbers, and location data from fans by giving them access to exclusive content. Great for building a direct line to your audience before a drop, tour, or announcement.

Make Money
Set a price and give fans access to something they can’t get anywhere else. An unreleased track, a behind-the-scenes clip, a studio session.

Get Fan Input
Let fans vote on merch designs, album covers, audio files, and more. A great way to involve your community in decisions you’re already making.
